Jeff Hilbert - President & Founder
Jeff Hilbert is founder of the company, bringing over 35 years of executive management and technical experience in a number of leading semiconductor and MEMS companies including LSI Logic, Compass Design Automation, AMCC, Motorola, Harris and Coventor. Hilbert holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the University of Florida and master of science in computer science from Florida Institute of Technology. |

Mark Czepiel - CFO Mark Czepiel brings over 20 years of finance experience to WiSpry, including key finance and accounting roles within publicly traded and venture-backed technology companies. In addition to his operational experience, Mark has significant private equity and investment banking experience and over the course of his career has been responsible for the placement of over $250M in equity capital and $75M in debt facilities. Mark earned his MBA in finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Loyola University of Chicago. |

Arthur Morris, PhD. - CTO Art Morris brings over 20 years of experience in high-frequency electronics and devices. He has contributed to device technologies from traveling wave tubes to HBTs and developed products for markets from high voltage instrumentation to broadband communication systems. Prior to WiSpry, Dr. Morris was director of technology at Microcosm Technologies (now Coventor), responsible for next-generation development for RF and optical applications of MEMS. Dr. Morris was previously a development manager and acting development director at Raychem Corp. (now part of Tyco Electronics), responsible for product development for wireless, twisted pair and HFC networks. Dr. Morris is a senior member of the IEEE and is an adjunct professor at NCSU. |

John McKillop PhD. - Vice President of Technology Dr. John McKillop was previously Managing Director of Tekton Consulting and CTO of Teravicta Techologies. He has more than twenty years experience in both Fortune 500 companies and venture backed start-ups, where he has been both a founder and C-level contributor. During his career he has led the commercialization of several MEMS industry firsts - including RF MEMS switches (TeraVicta) and optical switches & attenuators (Cronos /JDS Uniphase). He has also grown MEMS companies from start-up through acquisition and integration into Fortune 500 companies, and has been a major contributor to venture backed fundraising rounds and sales of startups totaling more than $650 MM. He received a B.A. in Chemistry from Rice University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Stanford University. |

Brad Nelson - Vice President of Operations
Brad Nelson brings over 25 years of management and technical experience in the semiconductor and RFMEMS industries in development, technology transfer and volume manufacturing. Nelson was previously Vice President of operations for Teravicta Technologies. He was responsible for migration of the company from the R&D mode to product development and manufacturing. Prior to Teravicta he served as SRAM/ROM technology director for Motorola Corporation's Semiconductor Products Sector. Additionally, he has held technical and management positions at Mostek, Harris Semiconductor, and Microelectronics and Computer Technology Corporation. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in ceramic engineering from Clemson University and is the author of several patents.

Victor Steel - Vice President of Products
Victor Steel has more than 20 years of experience in technical design, engineering, marketing and P&L management. Prior to WiSpry, Steel held various positions during a 15-year tenure at RFMD, where he was instrumental in helping the company become the largest supplier of cellular power amplifiers in the world. Among other achievements, Steel established RFMD’s international marketing program and managed the development and release of numerous generations of power amplifier products. Before RFMD, Steel worked at both Teledyne and ITT as a Microwave/RF Design Engineer. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and has numerous patents, publications, and products in the field of wireless communications and circuits.
