| Using Wipry’s core digital capacitor technology and tunable digital capacitor arrays (TDCA) , WiSpry can support it’s customers with development of tunable impedance matching networks. Implementing inductors in a variety of ways, WiSpry’s front-end matching networks are capable of matching networks with up to 10:1 VSWR. TIM’s feature low voltage operation, high linearity, sensitivity, and high Quality factor (Q) performance coupled and small size.
TDCA’s available for implementation into TIM’s range from standard 5pF, 10 pF & 20pF arrays up to custom configurations (~30pF +) for higher capacitance values.

WiSpry’s tunable digital capacitors, are manufactured using standard RF CMOS fabrication techniques. Our tiny microscopic capacitor structures, offer the ultimate in tunable RF performance. These miniature RF capacitors operate in a similar way to conventional parallel plate RF capacitors, with the difference being that the plate distance is made dynamically tunable with the help of MEMS technology.
